Visit Quick 1T Red Accelerated Cooking Oven is designed for restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, supermarkets and fast food establishments. Its advanced cooking technology combines 3D impingement and convection for cooking up to 10 times faster than a conventional oven. The temperature range is adjustable from 100°C to 275°C in 1°C increments.

Made in AISI 304 stainless steel, this oven offers a robust and durable cavity of 31 cm in a 40 cm wide area. The removable cavity with rounded edges makes cleaning easy, and the air filter is easily accessible. The exterior remains cold to the touch for optimal safety. Stackable, it fits on a work surface of 600 mm.

This oven is equipped with a 6.8-inch color TFT touchscreen, allowing you to store up to 1024 recipes with step-by-step instructions. It includes the system Multicook for simultaneous cooking, JustInTime and a USB connection for loading recipes. The system Plug & Play ensures a quick start, and the program CoolDown makes cleaning easier.

Comes with a flat baking tray, a support shovel with side walls, a basket with a solid base and a non-stick coating. Use detergent tablets MFMYCHA063 for maintenance.
